Start with a conversation.
Every appointment here begins as a consultation. You talk with our nurse about a concern, not a product, and nothing is decided on the day.

How a consultation works
About 45 minutes with a registered nurse, in a private room.
- 01 First 15 minutes
We listen
Your history, medications, allergies and any previous work, including how you felt about it. Bring photos of your skin from a few years ago if you like.
- 02 Next 15 minutes
A close assessment
Our nurse looks at your skin, structure and the concern you came about, in good light and in private.
- 03 Last 15 minutes
Honest options
What could help, what will not, the risks, the recovery and the cost. Sometimes the right answer is skincare, a facial, or seeing your GP first.
- 04 Afterwards
Time to think
You leave with notes, not a booking. Nothing is decided on the day, and leaving with nothing booked is completely normal.
Why no prices or photos? Australian law restricts how prescription medicines are advertised, so costs are discussed in person at your consultation.
